For some two months now I have received a very slow service of an extremely intermittent nature, the server continually dropping my Email connection. Frankly, if it does not improve within the next few days I shall consider a different provider. These problems of slow speed and poor connectivity have been occurring for far too long; I am paying for a good service not a poor one. MEB-B
Hi Martin, Are you noticing the connection dropping regularly? If so it'd be worth raising us a fault at http://faults.plus.net so that we can do some testing and look into it for you. I'm sorry that things aren't working too well at the moment.
