I choose to pay by BACS. Every month I receive a multitude of emails reminding me, cajoling me to pay. Every month I diligently pay my bill at the correct time of the month. More emails arrive. I have a Metronet account. For some reason the Plusnet system does not recognize my payment. Each month I receive more emails threatening to disconnect my. Then my service is disconnected. Each month I have to call Metronet/Plusnet to rectify matters. How long will this state of affairs continue? I never receive an apology from the staff. Why? Why? Why? It is not my fault. It is not my problem. Will somebody please sort out this ludicrous sate of affairs.
