Hi Chrissie here ,am new member ,jus wanted to express the relief of NOT being wiv Talk Talk or more often the way MY broadband worked was QUIET QUIET 😊 I've only been able to afford the basic broadband like I had with talk talk BUT my router lights remain steady and I KNOW if I have a problem I CAN ACTUALLY make contact wiv someone who understands me and WANTS to help as opposed to someone who just repeats by rote a script to read for a 'specific problem ' and just KEEP repeating it no matter WHAT I say AND they even display a SENSE of HUMOR....well done Plusnet AND all for £12 a month LESS !!! AND £50.BACK 😂perhaps Plusnet needs RE naming WIN WIN !!!!
