or maybe they could just answer the phones, complete orders without cancelling them, and generally deal with support issues in a timely manner!!

Appreciate the feedback, though it may be worth staying relevant to the topic on this one.

Wow, some of these pages are taking me back.  Shocked
Have added them all as examples from the Google search that aren't Biz related. Think we'll just remove some of the older pages.  Roll_eyes

And remember to update Google to get it to remove the entries?

There's coding and then QA followed by regression testing on the staging system before deployment on the live platform.  Be lucky if it's been removed by Christmas  Wink

Re: Plusnet still advertising 24/7 support!

I note that on the main Broadband + Phone product pages, if you "Show details" on any and look at the phone package details they all have "Free calls to Plusnet Support at all times". Is that true for line faults, or is it another unfortunate missed thing? I doubt if it is correct, unless there is a different support number manned overnight.

Re: Plusnet still advertising 24/7 support!

Do not confuse the charge (or absence of a charge) to make a call at anytime you choose with there being a person to answer the call rather than just an automated answering system advising you that the office is closed, please call back later.  Grin
