Surely now Plusnet must realise its so behind the times not to have an app.

So many people access via smartphones now, and an app is the quickest and most convenient way to do so.

Is there STILL no news of a Plusnet app?

I think it may be related to billing as the OP originally appeared in that forum either that or it's related to clairvoyance.

I hope its not for Billing   there,s no way PN system can handle a APP . 5 years still waiting for a updated system

Posting for my friend who has just joined. 

Her last provider had an app whereby she could pay a bill and check her usage, view her itemised phone bills. She does not use a computer or laptop. She just uses her phone and it would be easier for her to access an app, you know, like most other providers
