Confusing ticket message

Ticket #136362415 says:

A LLU PSTN cease has been placed on this account. This is due to complete on 02/11/2016 23:59:59.

I've checked with both the other suppliers involved and there is no such order visible on the OpenReach system, nor does the ticket bear any resemblance to what is due to happen at that time. Phoning your support also tell me that the ticket is erroneous.

Also, I've received no communication from you in line with what I understood were the OFCOM rules designed to prevent slamming.
