PlusNet Customer Services

Called them yesterday, New Year's Eve;
they answered on the second ring.
Chap knew his stuff, very impressed
with this part of my request.
Give credit where credit is due!
Hopefully, when I call back in a few weeks time,
the service will still be as good.

For the £42 an hour they probably had to pay him to make him work that shift, he really should know his stuff!
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
