Plusnet tried to call me yesterday (9/9/10) regarding a test router they have sent me, asking if I had received it. Called back and told a member of staff, call was not logged. Today, get another call off plusnet asking if I had received the router, phone back and tell them. Call not logged again. I expect I will receive another call tomorrow about it.
darkxavier, I'm sorry to hear about this, every single call both received and made should be logged here. Could you please drop me a PM with either a ticket number or your username as I'd like to check what's been noted on your account, note that calls have been made and give some feedback.
