 I cannot believe the trouble this bunch of shysters will get you to go through up to and including purchasing a new phone when no data service is available. The lack of a 24hr help desk for a 24hr service is woeful. All I want now is a PAC code NOW not some time in the next few hours and no additional [-Censored-] now I have done your work for you. The sooner I am free of this incompetent organisation the better.
