Order processing-unable to see upgrade options

I am 18 months into my contract but my account is still showing my last order as processing. Can you resolve this so I can see my options for upgrade etc

This is a known problem.

 

If it's not urgent then wait and see if a staff member picks this up. Otherwise you'll need to phone PN Support.
