Not a good start

I'm in the process of trying to migrate to plus.net.
Personally, I'd have thought that getting new business in this economic climate was quite important.
It seems that there's a problem with some details concerning my order. The site indicates that the "support team" will contact me to get this resolved. Two days later, still no word.
Can someone advise me as to how to go about canceling this order, as if this is the state of customer service, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Hi Mahr,
I've had a look over your account and can see that one of my colleagues placed the order yesterday. However they didn't update the order tracker to match, I've given that a kick in the right direction and everything is due to complete on 12/03/09.
Sorry about the confusion and hopefully you'll let us prove that our customer service is usually better than you've experienced so far.
