Just phoned Support, call went straight through, no hold time. Didn't get to listen to any music Wink.

I've noticed less negative feedback over the queue times recently, which is good news. I know our technical support have introduced a few different shift patterns empasising 5:30pm-8pm as a priority, seems like this is helping.
That being said, I'd imagine that it's still subject to when you call in.
