Just phoned Support, call went straight through, no hold time. Didn't get to listen to any music ;).

I've noticed less negative feedback over the queue times recently, which is good news. I know our technical support have introduced a few different shift patterns empasising 5:30pm-8pm as a priority, seems like this is helping.
That being said, I'd imagine that it's still subject to when you call in.
