No support - what to do?

12 days ago all my PN emails (for both <username> and <username+catchall> mailboxes disappeared. I started a discussion on the Help->Email forum where it was suggested that it may have been archived.  I thought that was unlikely but asked on the thread for unarchiving email, where I was answered by  @MatthewWheeler from support - there was no sign of my emails being archived but a question was opened on my account to track the issue.

Initially I was able to access the question from my account page, and add information/respond to what was going on.  As of several days ago I can only access the question via the original link I was emailed, and there is no option to respond.  I have had no further information on the issue and my emails have not been restored.

... and that's it. No information in that last response, just 'Dear Mr Bees' followed by 'Kind regards'.
 
What does one do when a question allocated to your issue has just fizzled out without any information, and nobody responds any more?  My will to renew my contract later this year is waning fast, to put it mildly.
