What do I do if a Support have completely ignored a Question that is open with them and no longer respond to me? This isn't a duplicate posting because I'm not repeating the content of the support question here, what I want to know here is a general "What to do next when support have dropped an open question without telling you". How does one escalate it?

We've raised it back to the relevant team to see if the e-mails can be restored but we can't guarantee this
