New Pricing Structure?? Maybe someone from PN can clarify things - please

I had an e-mail from PN saying they were bringing out a new 60GB a month package.
What is happening to the current packages?  The reason I ask is that I was considering changing from my 10gb package to the 80gb with the fixed IP.
If I change right now to the premium package will I still get it at 19.99 a month or is that going up in price as well?
Also does the 60gb package have a fixed IP?

cheers

The old package will no longer be available as it is being replaced by Extra
Premium will hold its price for a year
Re fixed IP - I don't know but I would assume it would given that it is a replacent product

Surely Jim, if he manages to change before 12th April, he will get the 80 G

Note the future tense - "will no longer be available"  not  "is no longer available"

Hi BRABUS,
If you elect to change to Premium before April 12th we'll arrange that for you, and you can remain on that product for as long as you like. The price for Premium isn't planned to change.
Extra will have the option of a static IP.

Thought static IP's will have a one off charge for them.  £5 I have in my mind, but could have that wrong.  If you already have a static IP you wont be charged though.

Hi Mand thanks for the answer.  Just one question, does premium allow for the use of VPN.  This is the reason I want to upgrade so I can work from home more as my wife is ill and 10gb wouldnt be enough.
How do I arrange to get upgraded then ?

Hi there,
VPN is prioritised on Premium and on the new Extra product.
To upgrade you just need to select the upgrade button in the top right hand corner of the Member Centre and choose the options you want.

All residential products will be charged a £5 one-off fee from April.

Cool, how quickly would I get switched over?  Also I am only on month 2 of my cheap 3 months, would I be eligible for the premium to be discounted for the last month or will I just be charged full rate - hey if you dont ask.

thanks again.
Just looked at the upgrade and it doesnt give an option to select static IP address ?Huh

Re: New Pricing Structure?? Maybe someone from PN can clarify things - please

@BRABUS, by default you'd be charged at the standard rate, as the system will schedule an upgrade for your next billing date, and will see that you've already been on a discounted product. Gimme a shout once it's changed and I'll add the third month for you.
Once you're on Premium you'll have the option to choose a static IP in the Member Centre.
