My Thanks

I wanted to express my gratitude for the help and support I received during a difficult time caused by my own actions.
I used my mac code and then changed my mind. Unfortunately, although the date of transfer had not arrived, my account had been closed. I telephoned support and spoke to a very helpful person who took responsibility for sorting it all out. He kept me fully informed and inspired me with confidence that he would ensure it was done.
