Many thanks to the two Plusnet call centre agents who helped me with my problem this morning. I had received a phishing email containing malware which purported to come from Amazon and was having problems forwarding it to Amazon's investigation centre. My Anitvirus programme would not allow me to forward the email. Although Plusnet Support was very busy, both agents treated my issue with patience and courtesy. Special thanks goes to the second Plusnet agent who forwarded the email for me. Amazon later confirmed that tthey had received the email.
