I just thought it was worth mentioning how helpful and friendly Plusnet customer support where in assisting me with swapping over my package to my new house today. Not only was the lady I spoke with friendly but she could give me a clear expected time for the swap over of my broadband and phone to my new property, arranged for everything to stay live in my current home until the swap date and even changed me to a much cheaper tariff all in the space of about 4 minutes and without trying to sell me anything new that I didnt want. Moving house is stressful but Plusnet made things quick and simple....I wish swapping all my bills etc was this easy! Thank you, much appreciated
