I am in the throws of migrating over from Metronet after this afternoon querying with Metronet how a 7gb this month charge with them is £22 when the month before for 5.2 gb it was £13.25 plus it was the month my Metronet annual mail boxes fee was due of £8 a mailbox. Sadly the responses are all at sea from the tickets.
So I have requested a change over to this lot as long as I can still use my Metronet mail boxes. and was assured aok they will still work.
Have I shot myself in the foot and done the right thing
I had been with Metronet from practically their first day.

Hi there,
In terms of cost the Plusnet accounts are much more competitive than Metronet (the Metronet ones haven't been updated in some time as we don't actively take signups for them anymore).
