Not wanting custom??

A few weeks ago I tried to get one of my referals account upgraded from a free dialup to a Broadband one.
The username involved is vhewerdine.
Initialy there was a response on the contact us pages asking for the type of a account needed andto udate payment details for direct debit etc.
This was done and since then there has been no respose at all to the ticket. nearly two weeks!!
It does seem that Plusnet no longer needs any more custom?Huh
If that is not the case then can someone please process the upgrade request for that customer?

There are a couple of other tickets I've noticed in there so I've give the appropriate manager a nudge on them too.

The ticket has now been actioned and the customer can see the order tracker on their member centre page.
