Message for Mr. Jamie Ford, the CEO

I am very delighted to note from Which? that Plusnet is a Which? recommended ISP with a score of 72% of user satisfaction.
Also, I have read Mr. Ford's comment and his delight with pat on all members of Plusnet.  I think he should also have patted us the Plusnet EUs and the Which? members, like me, who have praised Plusnet in the said Which? survey and supported Plusnet to the hilt.
So, please, Mr. Ford, give us a pat on the back as well.  Grin
Many regards
Chandu.

Re: Message for Mr. Jamie Ford, the CEO

Hi Guys,
My sincere appologies to Mr. Ford.  I have just realised that it was NOT Mr. Ford, but it was Mr. Pullen who patted the Plusnest Staff's backs - leaving me, the EU and a Which? survey member, with NO pat.  Sad  So, Mr. Pullen, can I have a pat on the back, please?  Smiley
Regards,
Chandu.

Very pleasing,    but 72%  is in fact a sixth place.
Zen                          84%
BE                            81%
Greenbee                75%
O2                            75%
Utility Warehouse  75%
Plusnet                  72%

Re: Message for Mr. Jamie Ford, the CEO

Frankly I'm at a loss to understand ,why Greenbee is placed above PNet.
According to the "scorecard" in Which it is because they receive better customer and technical support.
I left Waitrose (Greenbee) to come over to PNet ,just because of the high charge with Waitrose £17.99 for 5gb. then £2 per gb over.
I know who I'm happier with.

I suspect that this is probably because of the shorter waiting times on the phone with Greenbee/Waitrose.
However, if we're quiet (it does happen), you wouldn't really notice the difference.
