long story short i had always been with bt and do some gaming as well as downloading and streaming. For some 3 years i have been phoning bt explaining my slow speeds on occasion down to .9 meg at times on an 8meg line. I decided to leave bt due to poor customer service and the indian tech team who where crap. I found out just before i left bt that my gaming ports were closed to protect me from being hacked ffs even though they knew i gamed a bit. Anyway i also found out that my VP was congested into the bargain.
Since moving to plusnet they have been more than helpful moving my VP thus correcting my speed plus there priority line for gamers has worked a treat thanks plusnet.
