Issue Resolved

Hi I had problems last week and although the problem was at my end Plusnet helpdesk were extremely helpful.  How do I mark this problem as resolved.

If it's open on a ticket and the ticket is with yourself, just click the 'close' button and that should sort it. If it's with one of our teams then a comment advising it's resolved should mean it's either closed or sent back to you (in which case you can close it yourself as above), alternatively if it's left for 14 days it'll time out and close automatically.
