I started a forum thread asking for advice on people’s experience of Thunderbird and how to set it up. Bob Pullen (and Hairy Biker) gave great in depth replies; however, I got a bit stuck on the set up so contacted Plusnet. Richard went through the entire process with me and checked all the settings remotely and got the job done in a most professional manner. Thanks for the positive feedback, I'll make sure Bob is aware of this... You may know this anyway but Hairy Biker is a customer rather than a staff member. Big kudos to him for helping another Plusnet customer in need. That is the true spirit of community!
