How low can PlusNet go?

I've been with you since around 2004 - clearly counts for nothing.
I've recommended you to countless people - also counts for nothing.
I have a ticket dating back to June that reads like war & peace and still no resolution - and if just one more support person tells me everything is now OK without reading the ticket or that if I want faster I need to pay more, or that I'm on a different package,  I will scream so loud you'll hear it from the Highlands of Scotland all the way to PlusNet HQ. I can't share the ticket link as the system is down at the moment
I also have a thread on the forum - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?action=post;quote=1262628;topic=142311.32;num_replies=48;s...
Are TalkTalk answering your support lines due to some hideous and cruel mix up? What has happened to PlusNet's renouned customer support?
Does it have to be goodbye after all these years or will anybody fix my upload speed issue?

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

You messed up that link! You can't post to where you are composing a post.
Either http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,142311.0.html to post the beginning of the topic or to post a link to a particular reply right click the Reply #nnn and copy that link location, e.g. http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,142311.msg1262901.html#msg1262901.
Alternatively, quote the post and copy eveything from the edit pane in to your new post:

NO I AM NOT ON 40/2 I AM PAYING FOR 40/20 (and getting 38/9)

The title of the quote is clickable.

Were other users supposed to be able to see that ticket? All we see when we click your link is:

There was an error
We were unable to access your ticket information.

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

Based on the information in your other thread, it's obviously a poorly trained CSC agent.

I see it if I click the link, but maybe you have to be signed in to see it, or maybe PlusNet don't want anybody to see 2 months of complete catalogue of errors and apathy?

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

Only you and Plusnet staff can see your ticket - do you seriously think that having all and sundry accessing other persons tickets is either legal nor desirable

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

When you put it like that, no I don't.
But the frustration of the last 2 months is unbelievable - much like the service, or complete lack of, that I've received.
How can it all have gone so wrong? How can there be people there, answering tickets, who haven't bothered to read the history? What's the point?
I still have no reply to my current ticket (other than the assenine one about my product being something totally different) and that's days ago now?

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

Whatever response you put on previously, if you haven't already, I would respond to the ticket as suggested here  - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,142311.msg1263049.html#msg1263049

Re: How low can PlusNet go?

Another day and no contact or resolution?
Still half my quoted upload speed - maybe they're too busy with free, new customers to look after the ones they've had for years?
