Although I've often been numbered amongst the self-selecting group who publicise their problems here, I'd like to express appreciation to all the CustServ guys who have done  their best to help us over the past year.
It must sometimes be really frustrating dealing with us irritable lot, especially when we are grumpy and particularly when, as so very often, you folks are picking up  flak for things not under your direct control.
Anyway guys, I hope you will all enjoy
