Usually we don't give feedback when everything is working fine...
... but after using BT (1-2 years) and Virgin (3 years) with lots of problems, I moved to PlusNet and I'm very, very happy.
The only problem I had was with the speed, but after
posting here, they fixed the problem.
I'm a heavy user (500GB - 700GB a month), I get the speed promised (FTTC - ~74Mb down, ~16Mb down) and my ping is very low (bbc.com 9ms, google.com 7ms).
So... thank you very much for the service :D
