Great customer support

After having a rather unhappy experience yesterday regarding a new contract deal.. I am very happy to say I was contacted by Customer support a short while ago and was offered a new deal which I am very happy with. Many thanks to Gandalf and his team.

I'm really sorry again for the bad experience you've had yesterday and I'm glad to see we've managed to offer you an excellent deal in the end. I'm looking at providing feedback internally based on what you've been through as I agree it wasn't good. Let me know if there's ever anything else you'd need help with
