Get the priorities right

Am I the only one to think that the time spent by various Plusnet staff putting this together would have been better spent answering the damm phone!

Re: Get the priorities right

The people who wrote that are not taken away from answering the phones, they don't work in the support department. I'm pretty sure you know that anyway.

Re: Get the priorities right

they are getting paid though one would assume, so dump those guys and spend the money on people who can answer the phones.

Well at least it's a clear indication where the management focus of attention is placed.  Feet firmly in the clouds!

Re: Get the priorities right

Comments on blog posts were disabled on the old SMF forum quite some time before we migrated over to Lithium and the decision was made to keep the comments disabled as they were on the SMF forum.

If you want to discuss one of the blogs, feel free to start a thread about it in a relevant forum for it.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button
