First class switch from BT to Plusnet Business
Just like to say I am very pleased with the switch so far. PlusNet contacted me a few days after my broadband switched over to ask if I was happy with the service which I am, having settled down my download speed has actually gone up from about 3.6mbps to 4.5mbps using the same router etc. Phone has just switched over today which happened last night painlessly. well done PlusNet and Thanks for your first class customer service.
