Hi, I have been with PN for many years and have nothing but praise for them. Always helpful and reliable. However a question was submitted by one of PN's CS staff on my behalf to the accounts dept. This was a week ago. I added a couple of comments at a later date. I did chat on line to chase the event. He told me if further comments are added the question loses its place in the queue. Poor system. Still no response. What is causing the delay ?
