Fibre order cancelled twice so far, not good start for new customer

Not a good start for a new customer I'm afraid to say.
Ordered phone and unlimited fibre extra at beginning of July only to be informed  that the order was cancelled, due to an admin error. Replaced order and waited until last week before engineer turns up and just sticks a phone line in and off he goes
After me doing some chasing up I discover that the fibre was cancelled yet again, due to another cock-up. Losing patience already.
