Just a quick feedback on a problem with my fttc running at half-ish speed.(Ticket 82440758) The Bad: (get it out of the way) It took 3 days to answer the ticket. The ticket itself says you will monitor the line for 24 hours. I can only assume you are very busy. The Good: It was the same problem I had last June. Although BT profile is 80 meg, the Plusnet profile for my line resets itself to 42 meg!?!?! This has to be manually set again 78000. The thing I really liked, is the explanation. Rather than just sending an automated response to say it's fixed, your agent [removed] actually explained the fault and the steps taken. So kudos [removed] I have tested it today and it seems OK.
