Exchange Status Checker - update ?

Is the Exchange Status Checker due to be updated soon? , i see the last update was the 25th January. One of the local exchanges where i am is showing VP as Red, and was due to be fixed 5th Feb, so would like to see if this has been done.

Hi Mike,
We update this every Tuesday, it may be that there was no update for the exchange you've mentioned.

It looks like the database has not been updated for any exchange since the 25th of January , can you please check this. Smiley

Have BTw changed the dates they update the Database and/or the dates they provide you the information?

The information given when we download the report can be from the previous week depending on what point in the week we're able to update the checker.
It was last updated on Tuesday of this week.

Well mine says a week behind that, so are BT behind with their updates, if so could you arrange for someone to winge at them, if not there may be a gremlin in the system!

Well my exchange still says 12th Feb for the last update, that's 2 weeks ago, so http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111909.msg962565.html#msg962565 and then there is also the unanswered question in my previous post.

All the exchanges I have checked say the 12th, is the going to be updated soon? I would also like to know the answer Anotherones query ( bt behind with their updates)
