Excellent Customer Service - Thank you!

Lost the dial tone on our landline, but our Internet still worked so I tried Plusnets Online diagnostic check to see if the fault was internal or external. The line test failed, I didn’t get round to reporting it, but it must have automatically triggered a response as the next day Open Reach turned up and sorted the fault.

Great service by both Plusnet and Openreach to sort the problem so seamlessly, thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your experience.

The quick test displayed an external problem that Openreach could handle without needing to book a visit to your home which can usually be handled nice and quickly.
