Errors / questions about account summary in Members Portal

This is something I noticed quite a while ago :
07/01/2013 	N/A 	Talk Anytime 	£0(monthly) 	Active

I'm being charged the £4.50 a month for my Talk Anytime but this charge only appears on the bills. I can't see anywhere else in the portal that it is mentioned. Should I not be paying £0 monthly for this service ? Wink
Also:
14/01/2013 	HW25381xxx 	Technicolor TG582n Fibre Router 	£40.00 	Delivery

Should this not have gone down to zero / delivered or something by now ? I'm well out of contract !

Nothing urgent but if I'm seeing it, chances are that other customers will have a similar issue.
Bills are all correct (and always have been) - just the portal information that is potentially an issue.
