I occasionally dip into the site and feel quite sorry for most of the PN staff - they must be bred tough 'up there' Smiley
To redress the feedback imbalance, I'd just like to say I've been with PN for 14 yrs and my packages/deals have just got better and in real terms cheaper over time and have no plans to move Smiley
Access to a UK based support team that you can actually talk to is a major plus, OK you may have to wait sometimes, but that's life..
Do new customers get told about the relationship with BT? i.e. BT may own PN, but BTOR treat PN the same as any other ISP without favours or shortcuts?  There's not much point banging on about PN not getting 'their staff' out to a fix, but many do Sad
Doubtless this will get jumped on by an unhappy customer  Lips are sealed
