Just came back after a year in BT exile (I'm a cashback tart, what can I say).
Anyway, just a quick post that the process was pretty smooth - phone and VDSL where up first thing this morning, but PPP login wasn't working. I phoned in to support and the guy turned on the account while I was on the phone.
The same happened the last time I joined PlusNet - it seems a shame that whatever should / could happen doesn't seem to happen automatically (or at least, not particularly quickly). Maybe something that could improve.
