A colleague of mine had an engineer come out on a Saturday so I know for a fact that they do Saturday visits. Can you try to book one for this Saturday? Thanks.

Just as form of update, I'm still waiting on BT to come back to us requesting that we book engineer times.

Just wanted to say that a BT engineer visited and changed the copper wire connecting my property to the local exchange. It took him about an hour and my broadband is working again. I would like to thank everyone at PlusNet, especially Nick who took responsibility for keeping me updated.
