Where is this great Plusnet customer service that is advertised. Absolute joke! My internet connection was down for over 12 hours on Saturday and I raised a ticket using my mobile as a hotspot to get online. Although my service is back online and at a slower speed I have heard nothing! Is 3 days the normal wait time for someone to get in touch! I think with this I should be compensated in some way or able to leave such a poor provider penalty free. False promises from the honest broadband provider I would say!
