Contacting plusnet

what's happened to plusnet tried several times to phone but been unable to get through. Need to talk about contract renewal.

Have you tried ringing 0800 013 2632 using option 1 then option 2 (Thinking of leaving).

All done now it was  never like that a few years ago when I joined PlusNet it was so easy to contact by phone, the waiting times were 30min the first time I rang 15min the second time why don't Plusnet do ring backs not many people will hang on the end of a phone for 30min to re-new a contract I almost give up.
