Contacting Customer Support From A Mobile Phone

I notice that the Help And Support pages say to call Plusnet on 0800 432 0200 from a landline or  0345 140 0200 from a mobile. This was good advice when calls from mobiles to 0800 were chargeable and therefore more costly than calling 0345 numbers (which many people have included in their packages).  However,  contacting 0800 would now seem to the better (or at least no worse) choice for customers as "Calls are free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones".

I have actually raised this previously closer to when the change to 0800 numbers from mobiles came in.
I'll try and find out what's happening with that update to the site.
