Confused!

I placed an order for home phone & broadband on the 10th, got an email on the 11th to say the order was confirmed and usually takes 2-4 days, then received the same email a few hours later, then on the 11th recieved an email saying bt had rejected the order and it would need to be cancelled and set up again and can take up to 15 days, then on the 12th got an email saying my order was confirmed and would take 2-4 days, so now i dont know what is happening or when i should expect to be connected

I'd ring the customer support team if I was you - this is not an official support forum, although some people do get a better response here, but not normally outside of working hours; however I believe there should be somebody manning the phones 24/7

Hi icetrix,
Your phone order has completed now so I'm just in the process of activating that on your account now. Your broadband order will be placed later on today, and should complete around the middle of next week.
