Pro-active customer protection
Virgin Media subscribers whose computers are part of a botnet can expect a letter warning them to tighten up their security, under a new initiative based on data collected by independent malware trackers.
Do Plusnet do the same thing and if not is it worth considering

No, we don't pro actively do this, if complaints or suspicions are raised then we will look into it and make contact with anyone concerned.
