Collated users online graph broken?

The graph at http://www.plus.net/support/service/network_performance/broadband_bandwidth_usage.shtml#customerNumb... is showing a very significant drop in the number of users connected. Until recently it was showing near to 600,000. It looks like it's not getting the data from some of the gateways.
