Broadband activation.

I have now been waiting for 5 days for my broadband to go live. But I am still waiting and its starting to get a little bit annoying. I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems .

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've had. Having looked into this, I can see that your account didn't update correctly when the phone order completed resulting in your broadband order not being placed.
I have placed this manually for you and will complete on 11.06.2015.
My apologies that this wasn't done initially and I'm sorry you've had to chase this. I've sent the feedback to our development team for you.

Thanks Alex.
I now seem to have a red light on my plusnet router under the Internet logo. Does this mean that I have got a fault with my phone  line?

No, this just means the internet isn't ready yet. As Alex said, your connection should be up and running on 11/06/2015 Smiley
