Just seen I have an email telling me my Product Change to Fibre is complete, as the engineer appointment is for this afternoon 20/10/15 PM and I am still on ADSL2+ posting this, can I assume this is a bit premature. It is also showing in my account details as complete.
A bit confusing, even had to look at the calendar to see I was on the correct day.

Here's the date you've chosen for an engineer to install your new Plusnet Fibre service:
20/10/2015 PM
Can someone from CSC tell me what this actually means.

When things work as they should the product change is triggered at beginning of the day when it is due to happen so that everything works as it should when the engineer connects you up
So it is all working as it should providing the engineer turns up

Yep, all seems well at the moment.
An engineer has been assigned to your job this afternoon, are you ok to let us know how you get on?

Thanks for the explanation, hopefully the engineer turns up this afternoon, still think it can be a bit confusing but must admit I am easily confused.
Old age related maybe
Thanks again
@ MattyC I will certainly let you know how it goes, will post later.
