You plusnet the host of my webspace can't access it?

I submitted some wireshark captures for review and as they were both bigger than the ticket attachment of 4mb, I uploaded them to my webspace, reply I just got mentions 3rd party email so wrong for a start.
But has no one got a bit of common sense that can retrieve a file from my webspace that you host?

We appreciate your patience in this matter and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are unable to download emails from a 3rd party server I'm afraid

Seems bizarre then, presumably they wouldn't have accepted a Dropbox link (or something similar) either so I don't know how you are supposed to send the file.

Zipped?
(Anyone get the feeling that these days Plusnet will try anything to avoid actually looking at issues?)

Re: You plusnet the host of my webspace can't access it?

Sorry for the lack of reply so far on this thread (it's the 5th thread around the same issue though that you've created?).
I think the agent has seen a URL and not where it was hosted and automatically thought it was an external link, leave it with me and I'll speak to someone internally.

In honesty though, as long as you're not maxing your connection you shouldn't see any difference no matter what queue this is in as there are no rate limits on any of the queues.
