Bill payment

I cant remember if i have mentioned this before .

I chose not to pay via DD and i pay from my debit card it suits me , and no doubt several others .

Problem is today is my due date , and i cant pay there is no way to make a payment , no link to pay now on account

cant make a payment now  untill i get cut off when PN system says no DD payment taken !

I cant even see how much my bill is

When if ever will PN get a decent payment system , lost track of how long we have been promised a new system

Pathetic how i have to wait to get services cut off before i can pay my bill .

have just tried the search  

the oldest it finds is from 2014 !!!!  new billing system , no doubt some will find one even older

I cannot believe 3 YEARS !! to get a payment system , Cumon PN get your act together !!!!

well 10.45 , still cant pay my bill , havent had failed billing screen  phone busy   trying chat   20 people waiting since 10.30 ,, wow now am 18 in line

Eventually 11.20 i got to be able to pay my bill

You didn't try hard enough. @rongtw I got back to 2009 and that referred to a post a year previous. 

Not long to wait now though, it's coming 'soon'.

 yes this morning that link did not offer me the chance to pay   as there was no Bill available to pay ?

what actually happend was the good lady on Chat , cant mention her name she reset my account somehow and then i got the email to pay

Your bill wouldn't have been generated yet. The bill run normally finishes by about mid day at the latest.

That billing project has been going about 8 years, when I started at Plusnet 4/5 years ago I was told it was "coming soon".

I later found out that a member of staff, who was specifically hired for the billing project, hadn't started on it at that time and it had progressed nowhere.

I normally get the unpaid billing Email on a morning ?

or sorry we cant take a payment ,  click on link to acknowledge and pay later ,,,,, but today i got nowt

Hmm, from your account it looks like you were sent this service notice by email at around midday.

EDIT: I've just re-read this thread.

As ScottStorey pointed out, it looks like the billing run is mid morning-midday.

I've done some digging and investigating and it looks like this is down to agent error (me).

I should have removed the SN part of the service notice ID to make that hyperlink work.

If you click on: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_service_notice&id=325354058 that should work.
